Senior IT Solution Analyst

Location:    Teddington
Position:     Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Technician to join a growing IT solutions business in South West London, which provides workflow and software automation solutions to several reseller channels. You would work as part of team and although the role would be mainly office-based, you would also be working from client sites and from home, as required.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Take and resolve support calls – remotely or onsite
  • Assist with understanding of requirements, scoping and design of the solutions
  • Implementation of the solutions
  • Technical demonstration of the solutions and products
  • Write up reports, where required
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues and bugs
  • Pre-sales work with clients

‘Must Have’ Skills, Experience & Attitude

  • 3 years or above technical hands on experience in 2nd/3rd line support
  • Experience and hand on technical knowledge of: Windows OS server and administration, SQL Server, applications, printer hardware and Infrastructure and networking
  • A strong focus on providing great service to clients and partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with Clients and partners
  • Good communication skills: face to face, telephone and written
  • Is flexible and has a long-term commitment to developing as part of a growing business
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Has a work hard / play hard attitude
  • Can work both as part of a team but also independently and is self-sufficient

Travel around the UK will be required for this role.

Work Placement Opportunity

Location:    Teddington
Position:     2 weeks full time or part-time

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking marketing student to join our team in our Teddington office.

During your work placement you will get to contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns, conduct research and have your voice heard by the rest of the team. Wherever you end up focussing your energies, a work placement with us will provide you with a great baseline of knowledge for all areas of the business.

Day to day activities in which you could get involved:

  • Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager and Director to develop and execute our social media strategy across all our platforms. This includes monthly reporting on all social channels and plans/suggestions for future social media strategy.
  • Repurpose existing content or create new content for thought provoking blog posts.
  • Maintain and update the UK website with current news, content and materials.
  • Provide general marketing admin support within the team such as events, collateral etc.
